As a consultancy-led specialist providing smart technology for the home, Digital Living develops solutions for residential & small commercial enterprises to manage their energy and water usage whilst linking safety and security devices in the home to benefit the occupants.

The Digital Living solution is based on an internet or gsm connected gateway, capable of supporting multiple devices and protocols.  Data is collected from each home or business and is made available to the occupants through a flexible web system providing access to a range of devices, from a TV or small inexpensive monitor, to a PC; as well as via remote alarms or advice.

Use of the system will enable the householder, business or stakeholder (Local Authority, Housing Association etc) to monitor consumption in a meaningful way, to have up to date billing information enabling timely decision to be made on operational strategy, capital investments, running costs and comfort levels.
 

With the recent announcements of substantial major gas and electricity price rises for residential and business users, this company is well positioned to develop the market opportunity for improving the management of energy resources in both environments. 

Established in December 2005, Digital Living is a privately owned UK limited company with established links to corporate utility customers and channel partners. This innovative business builds upon 3 years of collaborative private and public investment working with leading utility companies, research organisations, manufacturers and universities.

More recently our company has been acquired by PassivSystems Limited.
